What is the Trick to Success in Franchising ?
What is the magic ingredient that makes a franchise succeed?
Well this might surprise you ,but the "magic trick is the same for Franchisee,Master Franchisee or Franchisor.
Systems!
I have a lot of people think that franchising is a get rich quick programme.
Like any business you have to invest to reap a return.
Franchisor's have to invest in building, developing and documenting systems.
Master Franchisees and Franchisee have to invest in implementing the systems.
If you don't have systems ,you only have ideas.
You can turn your ideas into systems.
But there is a long a painful process to test, measure and the actually document those procedures.
Success in franchising takes discipline.
Franchisee & Master Franchisees must have the discipline to stick to the systems
Franchisors must have the discipline to develop systems.
Then the discipline to demand that everybody sticks to them
