The James Master Franchisee and trainers meeting of August 2011.
The vibe was fun and exciting as we head towards the AGM in November.
Day 1
The trainers joined us.
I started the day reminding us all to make a splash instead of being carried along by the tide.
Tim and Jenny both saved their views on the rapid growth of social media in James Home Services.
Then Rich Evans a mate of Justin Herald helped us understand how we can do more with our internet marketing.
Then in the afternoon we had a open workshop on what makes a "Successful James Home Service Franchisee" and "Successful James Master franchise". (We did miss you Steve,)
Then Sonya shared her experiences on coaching a franchisee(Frank) that refuses to follow the system.
Very intriguing and entertaining.
Then the afternoon was finished off by Rhonda James taking us back to the 80's with Space Invaders.
Space Invaders 80s
The evening we shot over to Top Shots for some fun & game.
mini Golf,Rock climbing, the vertical trampoline,air hockey and a couple of beers.
Great time was had by all.

Day 2
General business was very general.
Then I shared the 7 deadly sins of sales,each one guaranteed to kill the deal.
Bit of fun ,hopefully made the point.
Then Sales Management by numbers
Michelle Rupuha ,showed us how Not to let your stuff get in the way
Lisa Schubert then shared how to do a great drive round.
The afternoon left us with Sheryl Burns on how to clean up someone elses mess.
Then Justin Kelly showed us how to be a FAST leader and to work on the weakest link.
with a couple of weak links sorted out over the last 12 months the meeting was a joy to be part of.
