We are all very excited to get the advertorials back on air next week.
Morning Show Advertorial goes to air on Tuesday 15th .Monday 21st & Wednesday 23rd March!
It is very exciting to use the power of the group to promote all our businesses nationally.
The results have all ways sent the calls through the roof at the support centre.
Support Centre always gets pumping with the advertorials On

I will keep you in the loop of results and times as we progress.
If you want to make the most.
Just pump up your own marketing around when the Advertorials go to air.
When work comes through "Do It".
"Get that first job". If you're "too busy".
 Get help put on staff and make more money.
If you have worries about hiring staff.
You can ask on the James Facebook page and there are heaps of experienced franchisee that will help you
sort this out.

The new spokesperson campaign has been delayed another month.
It will be worth the wait!
The refusal of two Masters to pay their portion of the Advertorials and now the Website have been the biggest disappointment.They can waste money on silly solicitors letters to try and get out of their marketing responsibility but won't invest in their own business.Lets hope you come to their senses.
But every Franchisee in the country pays the same price for their franchise,They pay the same fees.
They are should be getting the same marketing support.
Are you lucky enough to have a proactive master?

It should not be if you are lucky enough to get a regional master that invests in their business
All the improvements that we have implemented in the last 2 years has been to guarantee that is the case..
Don't cry for the poor regional master ,If they run their business as they should, they do very well thank you.
Any way we will work through it and everyone will end up with a better business.
A very big thank you to all the masters that carried the load to keep the show on the road.

What a Great Coaching Question! #The Negative Thing

The Negative Thing   One of the guys asked an interesting question about my early days. How did I handle the “ Negative Thing ”? When I asked what did he mean by that? He expanded. You know? When you’ve had a bad day and you don’t get the results, you can get disheartened. And then there are other people who seem to want you to fail.  Sometimes its other franchisees, or just people you know, or even family. They seem excited when they think you might fail. ”Told you so!”  Sort of thing! I asked him first - What did he do? He said “When I get negative, I then do nothing.  I just worry about it.” He said, “I know it doesn’t work”. This is the network about 1994, I think.Don't we look dapper? What did I do! And still do for that matter. Firstly, I always do something ! I really don’t just sit around and worry. Playing a   positive game always beats the negative players. If you keep going forward, working on the solutions, you will always win! Every time Guaranteed!
