Success is not a place at which one arrives but rather the spirit with which one undertakes and continues the journey. Penrith(Sydney) I found myself in the Coffee Club, again! this time in Penrith near the Blue Mountains NSW. With a very busy day lined up with some of the great team of franchisee that operate in this area. I had a wide range of people to meet. Lots of people enjoying the journey of their business The day was going to be interesting. It is always intriguing to find out about the different people that make our business work. We stared with Tony & Sam Howard( Interior house cleaning). Tony had a long career in the gaming industry after a term in the armed service's.Met Sam in the Philippines were he had worked for years. Business booming.Great business Facebook page, Lots of work,Tony goes a great Business knock,But still need to improve regulars in their area. Steve & Natasha Economou Pet Grooming. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. Lao Tzu  With this in mind, I hit the road south to start the franchisee coaching roadshow. Loaded up the car,set the GPS,Started driving!! I found myself excited about the journey and the fact that I really didn't know what to expect. Big River Country As I drove back over the border into beautiful cane fields and Riverlands of Northern NSW,I found myself "Reminiscing" about the first time I escaped to Queensland as a 18 year old! I was swearing I would "never" go back to my home town of Maitland in the Hunter Valley. Never is a long time really, with hindsight! Hunter Valley on Sunset The plan is first to drop in to see mum in the Hunter! Then head to Sydney to business coaching sessions with Penrith franchisees at the Coffee Club on the Nepean River. Then head back north to Newcastle to catch up with some of the team at the  Coffee Club of course! Then north to Coff

The first Franchisee Coffee Shop Coaching session was at Forest Lake Coffee Club,Brisbane. Great day, sunshine ,blue skies and a Cappacino ! I really start these sessions with no idea where we might end up! Ask lots of questions! Get to know where each person is coming from and where they want to get to! Matt Doherty Pet Grooming  With Matt, we covered asking for the referral, marketing to his current clients and marketing around his clients. Couple ideas that came up. 1.Make Matt's "Catch Phase", By the way do you know anyone else who has a dog that would love to be washed? 2. Use a hand written  note in neighbours letter boxes with brochure.ie " I noticed that you have a beautiful German Shepard. I wash your neighbours dogs every 2nd Wednesday.I can give you a special offer for a regular service. Thanks Matt 0412 004001" Sabine & Tervor Lawn & Garden Care With Trevor and Sabine we talked about getting the best out of a knock &
