I found myself in the Coffee Club, again! this time in Penrith near the Blue Mountains NSW.
With a very busy day lined up with some of the great team of franchisee that operate in this area.
I had a wide range of people to meet. Lots of people enjoying the journey of their business
The day was going to be interesting.
It is always intriguing to find out about the different people that make our business work.
We stared with Tony & Sam Howard( Interior house cleaning). Tony had a long career in the gaming industry after a term in the armed service's.Met Sam in the Philippines were he had worked for years.
Business booming.Great business Facebook page, Lots of work,Tony goes a great Business knock,But still need to improve regulars in their area.

True pet grooming fanatics. 270 plus clients.Great business! Worked on getting clients more frequent .(More Fortnightly instead of monthly),which is a challenge when your in demand!
Darren Wurth & Gabby Bowyer,Widows & Exterior house Cleaning.
Now, Darren has been in the wars!
Darren it now appears is allergic to "Wasps'!Not great for window guy.
Very allergic actually,So much so it just about killed him!
Saved by an Ambulance officer just in the nick of time!
But wait there's more, Darren then fell through a roof ,again putting him in hospital.
Off work again for months!
Gabby has to work the business by herself with some help from her daughter.
Gabby is doing well keeping the business going while Darren is on the mend.

Carol started her businesses with her husband.Who turns out is allergic to cleaning chemicals.
Terrible for a house cleaner,so bad he has to retire out of their business.
Carol has a team of cleaning staff running 3 franchises.
She is showing the signs of being over worked a bit and really needs to sell one of the businesses.
get the capital gain and focus on her other businesses.

Charlene is only 21! ex Property Manager!
Her business is flying along with 2 causal staff members.
She has only been going a few months ,but is already earning 3 times her old salary.
Charlene is a young women with big plans.
To get those gaols Charlene has to make her marketing a habit every day!

Only stared her business late last year!
Karen was a Vet Nurse with 10 years experience. Karen knows her Dogs!
She has a rapidly growing client base!
Her attention to detail and amazing knowledge about dogs is her greatest asset.
Karen really only has to keep on doing what she is doing and show a bit more confidence in her own abilities.
All these people were all out there giving it their best shot.
All keen to make their businesses even better!
I had a great day!
