Little Things make a Big Difference
When doing your research into a franchise opportunity, it's not what you know that gets you!
It's what you don't know.
What are you actually buying?
Proven systems is the answer.
These systems are the tools to build your business.
No systems = no tools.

Our proven systems in support, training and marketing fast track the success of our service businesses.
The key is to actually see the business systems operating.
I understand many people believe you can work it out as they go along.
But it takes years to test & measure systems.
Small changes are needed to evolve the systems.
You need some perspective to be able to evaluate these systems.
Our Small Business systems are the best by far.

Our small business systems are the best in all service industries by far.
Our franchises have the best profit margin out there.
We deliver gold medal service with the most effective proven small business systems.
Usually, when someone takes to time to understand ,they get the performance differences.
Bit like test driving a BMW after always driving a Kia.

In Coffee with James ',our mobile coffee system, our van layout is not off the shelf.
Ordinary fit out = ordinary business.
It has a major impact on the performance of the business.
The best in the market, I personally was involved in the process of analysis the market and developing this layout.
I'm happy to debate this with anyone.
Not Bakery Quality Coffee

Our coffee is not the ordinary pie van or bakery style blends sold in all the other vans.
We sauced a top grade single origin coffee from Brazil.

I personally spent over 22 years developing a household name,a further 2 years investigating and developing the mobile coffee franchise business model.
No mobile coffee business was any brand awareness anywhere near us.
This business has huge potential, the plan is for it to challenge the Retail Food Groups attempts to enter the franchise service market.
A public company retailer trying to enter the franchise service industry is historically doomed to failure.
Corporate retail systems are NOT small business owner operated service systems.
We have what you don't, systems that actually work for our franchisees and our clients.

Systems at Actually Work

Little things make a big difference in small business.
You have to take the time to truly investigate to see the differences.
If you are serious about entering the service industry franchise, I would suggested you do more than a Saturday afternoon research program.
I did!
