Master Meeting Madness

As always leading up to our 1/4 Masters Meeting is always hectic.
Agenda is still being finalized. Late requests & ideas coming forward
We've taking a tour of the new trailer (Trailers 2000) builders factory.
Impressive,they make up to 800 trailers a week.
Very well built units!
We are finalizing the advertorial campaign to start next month.
Was suppose to start in February,but one regional master throw a spanner in the works at the 11th hour.
We had to postpone February Dates.
One of the challengers of being a franchisor is someone will always fight change.
At times they are trying to get a free ride of the work & investment of the rest of the group.
Or the haven't been investing the marketing dollars they are required too and they don't like being held accountable.
We had a Master ,5 years ago, who fought the investment in our websites for 2 years.
Ironically, she sold  her business for 250% profit from an web inquiry.
Today,48% of our service inquiries came from the web!
She's still reckoned the web doesn't work! lol.
All sorted now full steam ahead!
The new spokesperson will be announced very soon!

What a Great Coaching Question! #The Negative Thing

The Negative Thing   One of the guys asked an interesting question about my early days. How did I handle the “ Negative Thing ”? When I asked what did he mean by that? He expanded. You know? When you’ve had a bad day and you don’t get the results, you can get disheartened. And then there are other people who seem to want you to fail.  Sometimes its other franchisees, or just people you know, or even family. They seem excited when they think you might fail. ”Told you so!”  Sort of thing! I asked him first - What did he do? He said “When I get negative, I then do nothing.  I just worry about it.” He said, “I know it doesn’t work”. This is the network about 1994, I think.Don't we look dapper? What did I do! And still do for that matter. Firstly, I always do something ! I really don’t just sit around and worry. Playing a   positive game always beats the negative players. If you keep going forward, working on the solutions, you will always win! Every time Guaranteed!
